       Swedish massage- Light to Medium pressure.Uses various massage techniques for total relaxation.

      Deep tissue massage- Deep pressure. Focuses on the deeper tissue of muscles to relieve tension and increase mobility.

      Mama-to-be massage- Light to firm pressure. Relieves aches and pain that are common in pregnancy. * Only performed in 2nd and 3rd trimester

      Pediatric Massage- Children's Massage for 3 years and older.  Fun interactive playtime with toys and stories for young children during their massage and adolescents will experience a relaxing table massage.  Pediatric massage is only provided with both parent's and child's permission. Also Parental supervision is required during session for young children.

(5) 30 minute sessions- $90

      Chair massage- Fully clothed massage performed in a chair. Great for those that are on the go!
